Ours is an established CA firm in Chennai, India with over 48 years of expertise. The firm was incorporated in the year 1974, by our senior partner Mr.E.Panneerselvam. We are a team of six Chartered Accountants and over 30 students undertaking internship with us. Over the years the firm had produced more than 100 Chartered Accountants, who are placed in different managerial and executive roles across the globe.

E.PANNEERSELVAM
Mr. Panneerselvam is the founder Partner of the firm. He completed his Graduation in Commerce from A.M.Jain College and a fellow member of ICAI. He is the first member of the Southern India Regional Council of India.
He has expertise in all fields of professional services , who strongly believes in client relationship. He is actively involved in representation before high level tax authorities and works for the networking of the firm.

S.Kalyanasundaram
Mr. Kalyansundaram has completed his Master Degree in
Commerce from Madras University and a fellow member of ICAI.
He has over years of Professional experience.
He specializes in the area of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit,
Transfer Pricing & GST.
Being the senior partner our firm, he handles our vast client base
including Public Sector Audits, Concurrent Audits and compliances
with Companies Act.

M.Poornananth
Mr. Poornananth is a graduate in Commerce from A.M.Jain College
and a fellow member of ICAI. He started his professional practice in the year 2000.
He has wide experience in the company audits, IFRS & Ind AS
compliances, cost management. He currently specializes in
handling search cases, appeals and business consultancy.
He represents our clients before Income Tax Settlement
Commission, Interim Board and Dispute Resolution Board. He is
also involved in portfolio management and consultancy services.

A.Bindu
Mrs. A.Bindu is a graduate in commerce from Vimala College,
Thrissur and is a fellow member of ICAI. She has over 20 years of
experience in profession.
She handles statutory audits of Trusts, construction companies,
Tax Audits of corporates and other entities. She is also actively
involved in IT assessments and appeals before Appellate
Authorities.

S.Manikandan
Mr. Manikandan is a graduate in Commerce from D.G.Vaishnava
College, Chennai. He completed his Chartered Accountancy in the
year 2015 and is in practice since then. He is associated with the
firm since 2011.
He handles various statutory audits, Internal audits, GST
compliances, TDS Return filing, GST Returns, Bank loan Project
Report, ROC compliances and advisory services.

S.Revathy
Ms. Revathy is a graduate in commerce from Indira Gandhi
National Open University and is an associate member of ICAI. She
is associated with the firm since 2016.
She is involved in audit of Charitable Trusts, companies. She
specializes in Income Tax Assessments, Appeals and assists in
search assessments.

P. Nivetha
Ms.Nivetha, the youngest, is a Commerce graduate from WCC, Chennai. She did her CA Articleship with our Firm, completed her exams successfully and now is a part of our Professional team. She has been trained and has expertise in Statutory Audits, Tax matters including Search assessments.
